Of course. Our online tools are there to make things easier, not to get in the way. If you’d rather talk through what you need, have a question before booking, or simply prefer dealing with a person, just get in touch. We’ll be happy to help.

Most of our onsite courses can accommodate up to 12 learners. Fire Marshal training can accommodate up to 14. If you need training for a larger team, get in touch and we can help you plan the most practical approach.

We deliver onsite training across Northern Ireland. Training can usually take place at your workplace or another suitable venue arranged by you.

You’ll need a suitable room with enough space for everyone to take part comfortably, including practical activities where required. We’ll bring the first aid training equipment. If you’d like us to use a projector, just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. We ask that suitable parking and unloading access are available for the trainer, particularly for practical first aid courses where we’ll be bringing training equipment. If this isn’t possible, let us know before booking so we can discuss the options.

Potentially, yes. We’ll always try to find a date and time that works for your organisation. Tell us what you need when you enquire and we’ll confirm what’s available.

We’ll always make the training relevant to the people in the room and the environment they work in. Where a course leads to a regulated qualification, we still need to cover and assess the required syllabus, but we can use relevant examples and scenarios throughout the day.

Yes. We provide the equipment required to deliver the course, including equipment for practical first aid training where applicable.

Yes. Certification depends on the course you choose. Regulated courses lead to the relevant qualification following successful completion, while Northlight-assessed courses include Northlight certification. You’ll see the certification details on each course page and in your proposal.

We’ll confirm the price before you book. Once the booking is agreed, we’ll issue an invoice for the training, with payment due after the course in line with the payment terms shown on your booking.

If plans change, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling charges may apply depending on how close the change is to your course date. Full details are set out in our Onsite Training Terms & Conditions.
