Emergency First Aid at Work is a one-day qualification covering essential first aid for lower-risk workplaces and nominated emergency first aiders. First Aid at Work is a more comprehensive three-day qualification covering a broader range of injuries and illnesses. Your workplace first aid needs assessment should determine the level of training you require.

Yes. Our public courses are open to individual learners as well as people being booked by their employer. Simply choose a course and an available date that suits you.

Yes. If you have a group to train, we can deliver many of our courses at your workplace or another suitable venue across Northern Ireland. Take a look at our Onsite Training options or send us an enquiry.

Certification depends on the course. Our regulated courses lead to an Ofqual recognised qualification following successful completion, while other courses are assessed and certified by Northlight. You’ll find the exact certification details on each course page.

Yes. We provide the equipment required to deliver the course, including equipment for practical first aid training where applicable.

Yes. Certification depends on the course you choose. Regulated courses lead to the relevant qualification following successful completion, while Northlight-assessed courses include Northlight certification. You’ll see the certification details on each course page and in your proposal.

We’ll confirm the price before you book. Once the booking is agreed, we’ll issue an invoice for the training, with payment due after the course in line with the payment terms shown on your booking.

If plans change, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling charges may apply depending on how close the change is to your course date. Full details are set out in our Onsite Training Terms & Conditions.
